If you are unsatisfied with the quality ,we will reship you the same new watches or your money back within 10 days of arrival. we guarantee 100% that our replica watches are clear from customs anywhere in the world . However, if your shipments of replica watches are seized by customs, all those watches seized will be replaced.

Return /Exchange

  If you are not satisfied with your watches,We will gladly refund or exchange any defective product within 10 days of arrival. We are unable to exchange items except you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  There is a 60-DAY WARRANTY on the watches for manufacturers defects ONLY. It does not cover damage due to wear and tear and water damage (we have a very sharp-eyed returns examination department... we can tell manufacturers defects from wear and tear).

ALL links that came with the watch must be shipped back with the watches. If any links are missing, your watch will not be refunded/exchanged.

Include a note saying what is wrong with the watch, what you are looking for, and your name/address along with your email, order number and approximate purchase date.

For refunds, the watch must be in the EXACT same condition you received it in.

Please insure your return. We are not responsible for return shipping damages. You are responsible for shipping costs back to us.

Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for replacement to arrive after we get the return item.
